Michael Schmidt
Born into the cattle business, as a 4th generation legacy, Michael was educated at Gonzaga Preparatory High School and Washington State University where he earned a Bachelors degree in Animal Science. He is both Founder and CEO of Schmidt Cattle Co. currently operating a cow/calf, feeder and cattle finishing operation, as well as, raising ranch horses. Now, he is taking all of his ranching experience and applying it to specialize in ranch real estate sales and residential sales and development. His passion and experience make him uniquely qualified to take on the real estate world with a rancher's dedication and hard work.
ANNA ANDERSON
Anna grew up in the rural hill country of Roseburg, Oregon, the youngest of four older brothers. Many members of her family were homebuilders. She worked with them in the business and on the farm. Following her upbringing, she embarked on a career journey that led her to the HR department of UPS, where she gained invaluable experience before relocating to Spokane to raise her three children. Residing in Spokane for the past 18 years, she has devoted the last 8 years to a fulfilling career in real estate. She is a passionate, kind, and a strong hard-working individual. She loves her client relationships! She loves real estate, from new construction to representing fun equine estates, working farms and ranches to large land developments. Each day, she is invigorated by the dynamic nature of the industry and the opportunity to assist clients in achieving their property goals with dedication and integrity.
Lindy orozco
Lindy is a small-town girl who has called the Northwest home for over 13 years. She has a heartfelt passion for the areas she serves. She is a lover of the outdoors and when she is not on a river fly fishing, you will likely find her out trail riding on one of her beloved quarter horses or mountain biking at Camp Sekani. She has been married to her husband, David, for almost 20 years and together they enjoy traveling, hiking, fly fishing, and upland bird hunting with their two bird dogs. Lindy is eager to share her fondness of the place she calls home and is dedicated to helping her clients, family, and friends through their real estate journeys with exceptional service, care, and attention to detail. She cultivates an innovative approach to each real estate transaction for her clients and helps her team members at the Pettit-Anderson Team do the same through her background in marketing, social media, photography, and entrepreneurship.

Joanne is a native of Washington and has been a licensed Realtor® in Spokane since 1978.
